because some teams played 8 games and others played only 7, %-wins is the determining factor in ranking. for teams that tie for %-wins, the teams are next ranked by the winner of the regular season game between the two tied teams. if the teams didn't play each other in the regular season, then the ranking is determined by goal differential.

the % win-tie between FRESH KILLS and BAD TOUCH was ranked by their goal differential (since the teams didn't play each other in the regular season).

the three-way tie between SWORD OF GOD, WHAT THE PUCK and GOUGING ANKLEBITERS is sorted out as follows: SOG beat both WTP and GA in the regular season, ranking SOG on top; WTP beat GA in the regular season, putting them ahead of GA, and; they are ranked 5th, 6th & 7th respectively.

WARRIORS placed in 8th because they beat the the SKY FIGHTERS and DENIM DEMONS in the regular season. SKY FIGHTERS placed ahead of DENIM DEMONS based on goal differential, since they didn't play each other in the regular season.
